Jane Mockford, CEO, Yorkshire Chemical Focus, and Event Organiser for the New Directions in Personal Care conference, which was held in Leeds on the 17th February 2010.

"The ability for delegates to request meetings beforehand and to receive a detailed meeting schedule before the event, worked efficiently and helped people know what to expect compared to random 'speed dating' type meetings.

"We particularly appreciated the time and trouble that was taken by Allancia to develop a working relationship and good communication between our organisations. This ensured that everything ran smoothly before and during the event. Your attention to detail on the day in arriving the night before to get everything set up and then running the 1-2-1 meetings sessions themselves, meant that everything ran smoothly and we were able to concentrate on our aspects of the event and in dealing with our clients.
